A cold fresh beer in my hand, feet squishing warm sand between my toes, my body lounging on a beach towel and my eyes shut as I feel the last rays of the setting sun on my body. The sound of the waves is soothing, the smell of fried fish from the wharf wafts down on the cool breeze and children laugh as they race each other to the car after a good day at the beach. Somewhere in the disdance someone plays on a guitar and on the horizon line a sail boat glides silently across the edge of the Earth. That is paradise. I have been there once and I long to go back. When I die, if there is an after life, I hope it is like this.
