What do paranoid crackheads fear most?
Weird question, I know. I'm currently writing a play about a crackhead, and I'm working on a scene where he gets paranoid and freaked out because of the drug. I researched, but I really couldn't find accounts of what users actually get scared of when they smoke crack.
What are something paranoid crackheads might say or do? What do they fear when they're high?
