iOS 7 Beta 6 can't upgrade to 7.0.2?

My iPod Touch 5G has iOS 7 Beta 6 on it currently, and I want to update to iOS 7.0.2, but when I go to Software Update it says there's not updates available. So I went and downloaded the software from the Apple website, plugged my iPod in, and clicked Software Update, no good, I got an error. Any answers?

    1. Back up your iPod using iTunes

    2. Turn off the device and unplug from your computer

    3. Hold Home button on iPod and as you're holding it plug back into your computer.

    4. Only let go of Home button once you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen on your iPod.

    5. Follow the instructions on your computer.

    Go to the official ios7 not the beta version. You 'll be able to update. Good luck
