But my backup is almost 5 gb
impossible to transfer
right click on your database and select back up and follow the instructions on the screen
while putting this new database in another system, right click on databases and select restore and follow the instructions on the screen
to backup database

I assume that the instructions in the other response will actually do the backup/restore so your problem is the transfer.
Can you compress/zip the exported files and then transfer them using FTP etc.
This is what we used to do in this situation when we had large databases to move including those bigger than 5GB.
5GB would be classed as small in my experience.
have you ever create links to both servers? once you create your connections to both servers, open the source server folder to boot because the objective server folder and carry out reproduction and paste of the records to be transferred.
