  • Well,I don't know about yours but on mine there is a little pencil looking thing on the toolbar. You click on it and there is a drop down list,it has something that says 'clear search history'...so there ya go.Hope that helped.

  • Normally when you want to clear your search list of your yahoo toolbar or just in your IE you go to this clock next to your "favorites" and you have a full list of all the websites you went to for one week. It says the days and the websites you went on on the particular day. I believe that once you delete them you get half of your websites through any type of search on the Internet deleted, and I think it'd do the same to the yahoo search tool bar.

  • If you have Internet Explorer, click 'Tools' on the menu bar. Select 'Internet Options...'. Make sure you are on the 'General' tab. Click on the 'Clear History' push button at the bottom of the page. You may also want to click on the 'Delete Cookies...' and 'Delete Files...'. These two push buttons will get rid of the files associated with websites that you visited as a result of your search.

If you have Firefox, choose 'Tools' from the menu bar and select 'Clear Private Data...'.

  • any clean up / deleting of tempoary internet files would do the trick - in all honesty, if your doing "not so good" searches, you should learn how to cover your tracks before searching, just a lil F.Y.I
