I'm thinking about asking my parents for one on christmas.
The Moneys a little tight So, I kind of Want Something Good But cheap.

In the world of pianos, the words 'good' and 'cheap' do not co-exist happily.
That Kemble will probably be fairly "cheap" but I would suggest passing it by just because it is a spinet type piano. For not much more money you could get a full upright that will sound better and be more uniform in it's touch.
... bless you for thinking of an acoustic piano first rather than the lowest priced plug-in.
Mine was very expensive... but it is a grand, so that is why.
I am glad that you are not asking for a little 61 key keyboard... they are useless, but please do yourself a favour and get a decent upright. If you are lucky there may be somebody selling one for under $1000.
Piano prices range from 1000$ to 200,000$ depending on model, company, type, etc... Its a big gap I know!
