Truck audio System help!?

Ok, so I got a 1994 Toyota pickup, extended cab (jumper seats) with a 7'' dash opening, and on the dash (more towards the bottom) I have (2) 4'' 2 way speakers that are stock, old, and busted, at 12 watts, sad I know. I have never done an audio system before, so if you have some great tutorial video's, or suggestions I can do it would be great. I don't have alot of money, and I don't wanna be cutting holes all in the truck for some b.s. 15" woofers, I am just looking for something that wont give me a headache while I am driving (yes it has happened), but I would love to perhaps expand from 2 in front to 4, 2 in front, and 2 in back, perhaps some 6'' 3 ways in back, idk, let me know what you think! Also head unit ideas would be great!
