Can i transfer my ps3 games to my ps4?
So i recently bought battlefield 4 for the ps3 on the ps store. It said that if you purchase it there you can get the game on the ps4 for just ten dollars. How does this work? Would i just sign in to my ps account when i get my ps4 and download the game just like that?

No you cannot ! You should have received a code for the PS4 version !
Through the PS Store, you can buy the BF4 Upgrade for $10 either on the PS3 or PS4; it's listed in both stores. Then you'll be able to download it on the PS4. You do have to be signed in using the same PSN account on the PS3 and the PS4.
@Phade, the code is only for disc copies. It's automatic if you buy it through the PS Store.
No, you cannot directly transfer the games.
What happens is, you would pay the $10 upgrade to get it on the PS4, but you would still need the PS3 disc to verify the game is valid to play. It reads the game keys off the disc for the upgrade version.
