  • I've been taking a great natural supplement that has an appetite suppressant in it - caralluma Fimbriata. It is a type of cactus. It also has a type of seaweed that burns tummy fat which is why i bought it. They have lots of info on their website: https://www.you-be-slim.com./

  • Caffeine is a natural appetitie suppressant... just don't overdo it! If you drink coffee and tea it could help some - just make sure you aren't adding cream or sugar because they are very high in fat and calories. Make sure you drink plenty of water throughout the day, as being a little dehydrated could make you feel hungry even thought your body isn't. Most importantly of all - FIBER, FIBER, FIBER! Fiber is not only an EXTREMELY important nutritional need, but it digests slowly and leaves you feeling fuller longer. It really has little to do with how much you eat, but what you are eating, and you can incorporate many of your favorite junk foods into your diet as long as you do it in moderation and think eating healthy as opposed to eating light. Good luck to you!

  • Hoodia seems to be the best appetite suppressant, it is apparently used by tribes who are rummored to chew the leaves of the Hoodia plant to starve off hunger pangs whilst out on long hunts. Pink Patch is quite good too but is pricey! If you can stand it, try drinking a green tea before bed aswell because that is supposed to help detox the body and help lose weight. Good luck xxx

  • Check out these practical, everyday ways to keep your appetite under control:

    Get Enough ZZZZZ

Sleep deprivation causes an imbalance in certain hormones, including ghrelin (which increases appetite) and leptin (which decreases appetite). When we don’t get enough sleep, our levels of ghrelin go up (weight gain) and levels of leptin go down (so we are hungrier). That said, adults should aim for at least seven hours of shuteye each night.

Eat Protein and Fiber at Meals

Compared to carbohydrate and fat, protein takes more time to digest and therefore keeps you full longer. Fiber helps by absorbing water, and then expanding in your stomach – literally creating bulk to make you feel fuller and have less room for more.

    Less Variety, More Satisfaction

Keep less variety of snacks foods in the house and you’ll be much better off. Research has shown the greater your options, the greater your appetite.

Don’t Be Left in the Dark

When you go out to dinner, sit in a well-lit part of the restaurant. That’s because when you’re eating in a well-lit area, you’re more likely to consume fewer calories. You are more self conscious and feel others can see what you’re eating, so you’re likely to curb your appetite accordingly. In a dim corner of the room… well, anything goes.

    Play Mind Games

Serve up your food on small plates and smaller food portions will look more volumes. Be sure to keep your snacks out of sight at home and at work (out of sight, out of mind). Also, wear great smelling perfume or cologne and light scented candles when you have the opportunity. Interesting smells can often take your mind off of food.

  • You maybe pleased to here this. CHOCOLATE! But not a bar of chocolate. Pure refined cocoa. And drink it as a part of a balanced diet with skimmed milk. Real cocoa is an acquired taste and do not be tempted to add to much sugar. It is especially good at night, but please drink it in moderation, there really is no substitute for exercise, variety of foods and do drink water!

  • When you are "hungry" and it's not meal time instead drink an 8 oz glass of water.....if you are still hungry have a small healthy snack.

We often confuse thirst with hunger.

  • Water. Sip all day.

    Protein.

    Caffeine:

  • Water. drink lots and it fills you up.
