Graphics card problems?

I had a AMD Radeon 6670 then i got a GTX 580. I watched some videos on youtube about the performance of the card an it was great. I got it took out my AMD put in my GTX 580 then installed the drivers. I wasnt getting the performance on the videos and i think its because I didnt uninstall the AMD Radeon 6670 drivers and i dont know how. How do i uninstall my old drivers?

Update:

Should I of uninstalled it first then put the new card in? Do i have to uninstall the old drivers?

  • i suggest that you remove the card, then go to the amd site and get their program to remove their driver completely or get the revo-uninstaller then put the card back in. you have the same problem i did thats why i had all the catalyst crap software

  • Download the GTX 580 drivers from NVidia. For Product Series, select Geforce 500.

    http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-...

Uninstall the ATI drivers using the Add/Remove Programs feature, then restart the computer.

Run the downloaded NVidia driver package to install.
