You need to find out from your state what the qualifications is then find a paternity center that specializes in it, to get it for less, maybe get an attorney and if it is the man you can make him pay for it.
When you file for child support the child support office will pay if YOU don't know. If they father denies it, he has to pay $25 for an application fee. Well, in MS anyway....
