Below is a link to some code that can help you. It is executed from a command line or shortcut on your desktop to open the drive. I just tried it and it works on my machine. You will use the command line "oc.com /o".
If you really get desperate, get a paper clip (or anything else small, thin and tough) and shove it in hard through this small hole in your CD tray. It's there.

If you open up your 'My Computer', you should be able to right click on the cdrom and click on eject disc.

1. Click the "start" button on your computer
2. Select "my computer'
3. right click on the "DVD of Cd" Option
4. Click on eject. Voila!
5. Using a paper clip as suggested is the only other option if that doesn't work.
6. Otherwise have someone look at it.
