these's beautifil place in hawaii called the 'valley of the temples" filled w/homeless people who set up camp there. a doc on this would be good cuz u could show how there's danger in such a beaitiful place. even tho its a tourist attraction, its plagued by ice addicted ppl who live there & prey on unwary tourists.
Try an expose on the BBC. They have been in the news quite a bit recently and it would be quite good for someone to be policing them instead of them telling us how we should live our lives. Take a look at a Panorama programme and use their guidelines.
On the other hand pick up on some local news such as snow closing schools and argue the points about lack of readiness to cope with difficult situations.
