How do I press charges?!?
I am so tired of my mother not doing what I want EVER. I told her to buy me a new iPhone and she refuses so I threw her phone in the lake. Now she says I can't go places with my friends - I'm sick of being mistreated and abused by my mother. How do I press charges against her for neglect?

Well gee honey if she's the one who gave birth to you and raised you until now & until your a adult. I think you should show her some respect have you ever thought maybe she doesn't let you doing everything you want because in reality your still a child until your legally a adult at eighteen years old? Her not letting you get a new phone or going out with friends isn't neglect.
You should come live with me, my 10 year old has had an iphone for 3 years. It's clear your Mother doesnt really love you at all. I bet when she bakes you a cake she only makes a 9x13 instead of two 9 inch rounds with delicious frosting betwixt the layers.

um just because your mother told you no doesn't mean its neglect but she could press charges on you for being unruly
