How do i verify my paypal?
ok well i made a personal paypal account so that i could receive donations for my gaming server that i host for people.
well it turns out i need a bank account to be able to receive donations and i know for a fact that my mother will not allow me to use her bank information is there a way i can get it verified without having a bank account.

No there is not. You will need to open a bank account if you don't have one.
Per PayPal:
For security and verification reasons, you must confirm your bank account before you can add funds to your PayPal account.
Becoming Verified shows others that you have further established your identity and the ownership of the registered bank account in the PayPal system, and lifts your account sending and withdrawal limits.
