DOES NIVIDA GTX 660 SLI?
Can somebody plz give me some clarification upon the Nivida's SLI:
I own a Nivida GTX 660 (2 GB VRAM over-clocked) and I was wondering weather SLI works on it so that I can buy an extra GTX 660 and link them together. Nivida quotes on their website that it runs SLI. But previosly I have found varied infomation on the topic (with SLI/Without SLI). Have they updated the design so that I runs SLI or has it always been like that.
P.S I want to be cautious so that I don't waste time and quite a bit of money linking my graphics cards together and then having it blow up. Please post your thoughts upon this matter...

The GTX 660 will do dual sli fine but make sure you have a powerful enough PSU and a connector for them
What motherboard do you have?
Not all motherboards support SLI, and even if your motherboard has two PCI-E X16 slots, it doesn't necessarily mean that it supports SLI.
What kind of PSU do you have?
For SLI'd GTX 660's. A 600 watt PSU will suffice.
What could anyone tell you that Nvidia doesn't already have on their website?
If you can figure out that going to Nvidia's site is better then coming here then you're better off not being bothered with SLI, it's obviously too far beyond your mental capabilities
Yes you can link two 660's together.
