How does Prosper.com work?

I have a fair credit score and trying to get a business loan. Someone told me that prosper.com gives loans to ppl wit fair credit,but I cant seem to get the number to call them to get more info.Does anyone know how the process works and how long it takes? What is the credit score I need to have exactly?

    Here's how it works:

    ■Borrowers choose a loan amount, purpose and post a loan listing.

    ■Investors review loan listings and invest in listings that meet their criteria.

    ■Once the process is complete, borrowers make fixed monthly payments and investors receive a portion of those payments directly to their Prosper account.

    You post a request for money, ie: $25,000 and thousand of people bid $25, $50, $100 until your total is reached. At which time, you get a check for $25,000 and monthly bills to repay the loan back with interest within 36/months.
