Does this make sense? English issue!?
I hope that he will get well soon and be able to attend the group lesson!
But, if he needs to get some rest, we will catch up what he misses in private lesson.
I will pray for him before I sleep!!

I hope that he will get well soon and be able to attend the group lesson. If he needs to get some rest, we can help him catch up with a private lesson. I will pray for him before I sleep.
• At the end of the first sentence I replaced the ‘!’ (exclamation mark) with a ‘.’ (period or full stop) as it didn’t appear to be an exclamation (such as "Wow!", "Boo!"), or an imperative ("Stop!"), or indicate astonishment: "They were the footprints of a gigantic duck!” – Wikipedia.
• At the beginning of the second sentence I removed the conjunction ‘but’ as it does not introduce any contradictions, opposing views, exception or condition to warrant the use of the conjunction ‘but’ (there are further uses for ‘but’, but not in your paragraph.
• ‘we will catch up what he misses in private lesson’ is a statement that we will catch up not him so I have restructured it.
• Although a double exclamation mark ‘!!’ has its place in English grammar I fear it is not here; I have replaced it with a period (see the comments on exclamation use extracted from Wikipedia.
Edit:
Your friends know you and how you feel about pray so don't be bullied by the anti prayer/God lobby group.
"I hope that [name] will get well soon and be able to return to group lessons. However, if he needs to recuperate at home, he can catch up on what he has missed in a private lesson.
I wish your son a speedy recovery."
Unless you are in a very religious culture, it is probably best not to mention praying for someone. People can sadly take offence about it.
The second sentence needs some correction. It should preferably read, "But, if he needs to get some rest, we will help him catch up through private lessons."
It makes no sense. Prayer does not help. Delete the last sentence.
