windows vista removal drive D?

Hello

I have 1 harddisk in my computer, diveded into 2 drives (C and D)

I recently wanted to formate my computer, so i took my vista disk and installed on drive D.

now everything is as i want it to be, except the old vista is still on drive C, and i really need the space its taking up, including all the other stuff i had installed before i wanted to formate.

How do i completely restore/delete drive C so there is nothing left?

  • To format your hard drive, insert the installation DVD(Vista) and go through the options until you get to choose which partition to install Vista on and just click the button at the bottom that says "Format".

Select the C: and D: drive.

ALL your files will be deleted

  • Select run from start menu.

    Type diskmgmt.msc.

    Press enter.

Play around as much as you wish!
