Do exercises for obliques give you curves?

If I did oblique exercises would I get curves over time? If so do you know any specific exercises for quicker results.

  • YES!!! They help your core get shape and keep it. Try side crunches, or watcha les mills cxworx video (on vimeo and youtube) I cant find what its called online but they do an amazing exercise where you lay on the meaty part of your butt, one arm bent with elbow on floor, other arm stretched out straight behind you (those are the only three points of contact). Then push your legs out from your bodyat an angle, it works wonders!!

  • if you lost weight from all your body doing exercise and eating healthy, you will develope some curves, which are defined by your natural body shape, but only by one exercise its very difficult
