how do i transpose power chords into full chords?
If i wanna play a a power chord as a full chord, do i just play the full chord (major or minor depending on the key) or do i play a different chord? and what do I do for groups of power chords?

By transposing power chords into full chords you are adding 3rds that aren't written there and changing some fundamental qualities of the music so there is no real perfect way of doing it. Key dependent major or minor chords might be a good way to go and you can make changes if something sounds off.
Well you can't just make them all major chords... or all minor chords... you've got to know what's going on in the music. If your chords are C5 A5 D5 G5, then it's a reasonable assumption that you're in C major. So armed with that knowledge, you can try out C Am Dm G. You could also flesh it out to Cmaj7 Am9 D7 G9 or something... you've just got to know what you're doing.
Of course, sometimes those power chords are the sound you want. Imagine "Iron Man" with anything but power chords... it just doesn't work!
use a barre chord
