Xbox live downloaded content transfer?
Hi there, I have an old xbox360 that i have been using for some time, downloading new map packs and the such for my games. I just got a new xbox360 elite, and made a new xbox live account, and i was just wondering, is there anyway to transfer the map packs from my old xbox live account to my new?

I think that Map Packs and Game Content can only be used on the xbox on which it was purchased or the gamer tag that it was purchased on. The same goes for arcade games, I had an silver account that i used just for buying arcade games and when my xbox died I got really pissed because I could only play them on that account and not on my gold one. The only thing I can suggest is you recover you old account to your new xbox and re download the content, I dont know however if you will be able to play it on your gold account. If you cant then unfortunately your only option is to purchase it again.
As Darthcbad reported, you are able to sign into xbox stay and obtain the content fabric to the different console for loose. besides the undeniable fact that, ALL content fabric downloaded to the 1st console would be available to ALL consumers. content fabric downloaded to the 2d, third, fourth console is basically available to the Gamertag used to acquire it initially. The crossover cable that comes with the 120gb HDD will enable you to circulate all archives saved to the unique HDD.
