Do you get over a quarrel quickly?

I don't. I get affected by quarrels alot... I just had a huge quarrel with my dad yesterday :(

  • I let it go, but in my mind I hold grudges forever. :(

  • Depends on how big the quarrel and depends on the person. If it's a person I don't like, I'll hold a grudge forever.

  • Try to understand.

Your dad is probably a dude that I went to college with, and if he was born in the 60's or 70's (hopefully not the 50's, or you're doomed) he is just some dude with a kid like you who wants to put in his 40 hours a week, make ends meet financially, and hope his teenage son doesn't hate him too much like he hates himself for having sold out to the task of bringing up "you," you ungrateful little boss terd born in the 90's (just kidding, I'm sure you're a great kid, now I know why tigers eat their young, so...)

You need to cut your dad some serious slack, realize his glory days are over, and the last thing he needs is "you" not wanting to get to know him, cuz he could tell you stories that would make your pubic hairs turn bleach white, and be patient.

Raise your parents right. They need you. You are in charge now.

  • Yeah. I don't keep grudges or dwell over arguments. If it's recurring, though, it's a different story, and usually I just stop talking to that person.

But the majority of the time I don't. XD

  • Haha quarrel... Good word.

But yeah, it takes me like a second then im fine... Im not good at staying mad lol

  • I've been mad at you since 1982! I hate quarrels so I avoid them at all costs.

  • depends on who's it with. if its some asshole then, yes. if its 1 of my friends it takes a while, and i try to resolve the issue.

  • Me too I don't forget about it but I try to sway it off

  • No, but I can get into one pretty damn quick.

    Not a good thing.

  • Sometimes... sometimes not :(

I hope your in a better mood today :( heres an eHug
