Please awnser, dandruff problem?
Well on my scalp I've been having verry bad dandruff problems, even after washing my head I massage it and also try to scrap off the lumps of skin, it's verry annoying and embarrasing I do not like to use head and shoulders because it leads to my hair falling out, but heal I get it a lot and my head gets itchy sooo itchy that my head bleeds and leaves scabs, also Once I got the clear yellowish fluid comming out of my scalp because I was scratching the lumps of dandruff.
Update:I don't use hot water I sometimes use warm water but most of the times I use cool but not cold water, also my dad he also has dandruff and he uses a special shampoo that the doctor perscribed, could I have dandruff because of genetics ?? Also my uncle has it and his son.

Psoriasis! I have psoriasis on my elbow and leg. GO TO THE DERMATOLOGIST! You need too! They can prescribe you a medication. Now listen, that medication can be expensive. What I do, is I use Cortizone 10-Creme with Aloe. I take a little bit of that, rub it ALL over my psoriasis, then take some Eucerin Aquaphore Healing Onitment and slap that on over the Cortizone Crème. After that, take an old tube sock, cut the foot part out and slide the what I like to call 'Tube' part over the affected area. Now, since its on your head, I suggest putting on a shower cap, or an old Beanie.
Im not going to lie, Aquaphore is on the expensive side. Its about $10 for a 3.5 oz. The Cortizone is about the same for a 2 oz tube. If I were you, I would buy a 14 oz bottle of Eucerine Skin Calming lotion. Put that ALL over your face, maybe even your body. If you have psoriasis, chances are you probably have dry skin. The lotion helps. Trust me Its worth it. Better than going out and buying a $250 medication that doesn't work.
Directions:
Shower-
When you get out of the shower, dry off and put both medicines on the affected area.
Take your lotion, and put it all over your body. Face and head included.

Everyday-
Put on both medications 2 times a day. the aquaphor seals in the moisture, so your head should be looking better after just 1 application.

apparently if you have the shower water on too hot, it can cause dandruff. this is hard to avoid in winter....
