A 4ml solution of a protein whose concentration is 20micrograms gives an O.D of 0.5.what will be the O.D of 8ml of the same solution?
if 20 microgram is the conc. of stock slution then OD will be same whether u take 4 ml or 8 ml. but if the conc. is 4 micrograms /ml it will chane and wil have to be determined colorimetrically.
