im trying to make a hotmail account and i have a lit of contacts and it says i have to do this "To bring your contacts into Windows Live Hotmail, first go to your other e-mail service and export them to a file. Then come back here." how do i do that?

go to http://address.yahoo.com/
click on import/export on the top right hand side of the page
scroll to the bottom of the next page to export
click on export now next to Microsoft Outlook:
save to disk - on your desktop
then go back to hotmail & import the file from your desktop
