How to choose a business degree?
So let's say you want to go into business, and it's time to go to university to get a degree, but how do you choose which one?
When you see stuff like:
Business Administration
Finance
Commerce
Economics
Accounting
Marketing
All these really seem the same to me, I have no idea what the difference is between them.
What are the differences? How do you pick one? Which one tends to make the most money/has a high success rate?
Thanks.

Business Administration - Perfect balance to learn how to be an executive. You will have at least Intro courses into all of the other Business categories, with deeper studies into how organizations are built, writing business plans, and managing people. Salary range: $50,000 to $200,000. Stepping stone to a Director, VP or Chief Executive position
Finance - Preparation for a career in Banking or with a Financial Investment Company. A competitive field where your pay will be tied to the investment success. Salary range anywhere from $40,000 to $200,000 (highly stressful - one big mistake can bankrupt a customer)
Commerce - Learning how businesses conduct business with each other. You'll also learn about imports/exports and taxation. Salary range of $40,000 to $70,000. Stepping stone to a DIrector or VP of Operations position.
Economics - Macro Economics and Micro Economics - How to identify and analyze the production, distribution, and consumption of goods and services within the organization (Micro Economics), and how to analyze the Gross Domestic Profit, and health of the Market or a Government. Economists make between $80,000 and $200,000. Many rise to the level of Chief Executive
Accounting - Managing the Assets and Liabilities of a business, the accounts, and creating the financial reporting. If you take the CPA Certification exam, it will instantly boost you to around the $70,000 to 80,000 pay bracket
Marketing - Promotion or a business or it's product(s). Marketing Coordinators/Managers work with web designers, ad agencies, trade publications, and coordinate trade shows and seminars for the organization they work for - hours can be unusual and long, and starting pay can be pretty low ($29,000 - $70,000)
GOOGLE them and learn what they are and chose which one fits best.
