Is a semi dye (Natural Instincts) in darker brown NOT semi?

I heard semi hair dye like Natural Instincts when going darker brown is actually more permanent.

Is this true???

Semi perm washes out in about 3-4 weeks normally. So if you had lighter hair, it would go back to lighter in a while.

Darker, probably not.
