Yahoo Technical Support?
My mother changed devices from a PC to an IPad a couple of years ago and with the new software Yahoo is indicating that they do not recognize the device. Since it has been so long her security questions are not right and her alternate email is no longer active.
How can we work around this so that she can keep [email protected], If you need to contact me I am [email protected]

She should be able to have a code sent to a mobile phone:

If this does not work she will need to contact Yahoo Customer Care:

Select Yahoo Account as the product, Password and Sign In as the category and Unable to Sign In as the sub-category. Next, scroll down and click Email Support Agent.
If she is able to access her account again, she can update her non-Yahoo alternate address, mobile phone and secret questions. Please write them down and keep them somewhere safe should you need them for future reference.
