Good Outside Dessert Ideas?

I didn't get to have a baby shower, so now Im having a Welcome to the World Party. Im having it at a park & its going to be decently warm out side. I'm already having a cake made for the party but I want to have other options for the guest. I'm thinking Ice Cream wont work because it will melt. Even if I put it in a cooler it will melt. & the really crappy part is I don't have a working oven. So can somebody please help me with some ideas? I'm open for anything, new ideas. Please help me out with this. Thank You!!

  • A tray of cookies, pastries or baklava, they are beautiful and keep well in the heat. I would avoid fruits and dairy desserts since they are perishable.

  • Cookies, sheet cake, a pound cake (maybe with some fresh sliced fruit to go with it, or a fruit syrup), almond cake, blondies, scones, doughnuts, pastries, shortbread, puppy chow, lemon bars, muffins, cupcakes, pies (those like apple, pecan, blackberry, cherry, or any that don't require refrigeration), granola bars.

  • Fruit Salad. However this time of year I suggest you have it indoors.
