Definitely Denver. I have lived in neither, but drove truck all over the US and Canada. While I have nothing really bad to say about Oklahoma City, Denver is a much prettier location with lots more to do around the city without actually having to stay in the city to find enjoyable things to do. Also, if you like skiing then Denver would be the place to be. Oklahoma City has less snow by far. But there aren't as many things to do outdoors, there are a few lakes around Oklahoma City but they look dirty every time I go by.
Denver is cooler in the summer and not as windy and almost no chances of tornadoes in Denver, while Oklahoma gets hit every year with tornadoes.
