Exam stress please help :(?

I am having a lot of exam stress , just came back from a holiday and i have exams. So.. i did study a bit for my literature exam but i still have much more exams.
and there is so much stuff distracting me and so much stuff i need to do.
And second i always i mean ALWAYS think that im forgetting something and it makes me angry and i cant think , I barely sleep at night because of it.
second im always worried that something in the past was important or i had to do something etc.
So please any advice?

Just make a plan . Get plenty of sleep . Study well dont waste your time . Dont panic in the exam . And youll be good
dunno... um, take some sleeping tablets. no homework/exam stuff before bed either. take breaks, and have lots of caffeine
