So over the past few mothes, I noticed that I couldn't hear as well out of one of my ears. It's really noticeable when I put in headphones. It doesn't need to be popped and I've cleaned it out plenty of times. I'm not really sure what the problem... Please help

You could have a long-going ear infection or a virus.
Depending on how old you are, you could just be losing hearing with age, as most people do. If you are under 40, that's probably not the case.
If you have gotten a concussion or any head injury lately, that might be the problem. Go to the doctors!!!
You probably need to go to the doctors anyways. Ask them whats wrong. It could be something perfectly;y innocent and fixable or something serious.
