VETS OR SPECIALISTS PLZ PLZ HELP?
Breakfast came she wasn't eating/drinking they made Me bring her in and gave her shot hydration pack and she seemed to snap out of it shortly after. This morning she was with me all morning and she has been her usual self. She fell asleep and about an hour later I wake her up and she's back doing all of those symptoms and actions again. WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY BABY PLZ PLZ HELP.

Vets and specialists don't hang out on Y/A. The only symptoms you list was that she didn't have an appetite and wasn't drinking, so that could literally be anything. There is absolutely no way to know without doing some testing - a full blood panel at a minimum should be done by your vet. You will have to take her back in, and since the problem is recurring your vet will probably be more concerned and do some more investigation. Often, they will do the minimum amount of treatment in hopes that it will take care of the problem. But, when it persists, they do take it more seriously and continue to search for the cause so that it can be effectively treated. Back to the vet.
Actually I am a vet and though I don't "hang out" here, I do drop in once in awhile to see what's being asked. It sounds to me like an easy way out was taken by your vet, perhaps even a cursory examination, but without a complete health check, we can hardly diagnose what the problem is. To do so, would only be guessing.
If it won't eat, there is something wrong ranging from a tummy ache or worse. Take him to a different vet, do the blood work and testing to fix the cause, not the symptoms.
No one, including a vet, can diagnose/treat your dog without examining it, least of YA, get a second opinion.
