It depends on who your other RBs are. If you got 2-3 other good RBs on your team it favors you. I'd say Moreno is a bit risky due to his injuries and if this is Non PPR it favors you.
Right you have McCoy and Addai. Do you have a 3rd good Wr or a 3rd good RB for a flex play? If not you may wanna try and get Welker from him...and you may need to throw in someone else (not a starter) as well
I'd pick rivers over flacco any day. But same as other answers, it depends on your other RBs. Don't forget, rivers has VJ to throw too ALL season assuming he doesn't get hurt.
