How Do I increase my vertical as fast as possible?

I want to learn the best workouts to do but I don't want to waste my money all these scams on the internet about being able to dunk

  • Stretch, it can add a couple inches. Also, lunges and calf raises and squats can also help. (Btw the JumpManual isn't a scam. It works. I've been using it. Just sayin' haha)
