What trades do I make?

I have a NFL fantasy team consisting of:

Manning, Peyton QB

Jones, Thomas RB

McAllister, Deuce RB

Holt, Torry WR

Jackson, Darrell WR

Porter, Jerry WR

Crumpler, Alge TE

Gostkowski, Stephen K

Steelers, DST

And a backup of:

Rivers, Philip QB

Taylor, Fred RB

Marshall, Brandon WR

McMichael, Randy TE

Giants, DST

Any insight on what to do here? Im not confident with my team right now. Please help!!!

  • Let' s see....

QB's= Fine, leave them alone. U defintely can be confident in these 2.

RB's= Iffy a bit. Jones is injured (calf) and no one knows if hes 100%. Taylor and McAllister are good, but they are sharing time with Bush and MJD, so if I were u, I would try to get a trade for one of them for a full time starter.

WR= Holt is money, Jackson is good (when hes healthy), Porter I would totally not touch with a 20 ft. pole (OAKLAND, Culpepper is ok, but No- O- Line). But MARSHALL is a pure sleeper, cause he will do well as the No.2 in Denver!

TE= Crumpler. Wow. If he had that guy on his team, I would say good pick, but he doesnt. Instrad he has J.Harrington. I would wait and see on him.... McMichael, same thing. I mean, yes hes on the RAMS, but guess what? He might be their 4th or 5th option (Holt,Jackson,Bennett and Bruce), so I would wait on McMichael...

    K=Good pickup, next...

DEF= Pittsburgh, solid. NYG, not so sure...

OVERALL= OK team, but definetly try to pull some offers and definetly watch the waiver wire!

  • I like your team. It's not as bad as you make it sound. Obviously, Peyton is the best QB in the league. then if Jones stays healthy, i think he'll be a good surprise. And Deuce, despite splitting time with Bush, is a great 2 back in Fantasy. Then WR is good, wit hTorry Holt and the #1 reciever for one of the best up-and-coming offenses in the league. Not a fan of Porter, but as a 3 WR, not bad. And Alge will have a phenomenol season, because you know in a terrible Atlanta recieving corps, he'll get his share. plus uncomfortable QBs tend to rely on TEs a lot. D & K are both good. Then the bench looks good, although not enough Rbs (considering you have no #1 fantasy back) and Brandon Marshall is just a maybe 2 WR in denver, where running rules.

But what you have to do if you want to win is get rid of McMichael & Giants for a rB & a WR. Try tradin mcMichael for maybe Leon Washington, you never know if they might accept. Then, maybe trade the Giants for wes welker, or maybe one of the jags WRs. After that, ur team should be good.

  • well heres the breakdown

    manning- A+

    thomas jones-B

Deuce mccalister-c+ hes splitting carries with bush

    holt- A-

    jackson-B

porter-C bad Qb situation in Oakland but will be throwing alot

crumpler-C- look whos throwing to him( joey harrington)

    gostkowski-B

    steelers-B

try and trade rivers for a Rb who is the featured back for a team to up grade at # 2 Rb or for a better #3 reciever

  • Even though torry holt is an awsome reciever i would try trading him and thomas jones for a better running back a crapier wide out. U need to have to good backs they get the most points.

  • Your team is nice. I would just pick up defenses and kicker week to week depending on who they play. I would trade Fred Taylor and the Giants for a RB like Ahman Green, someone you know will play.

  • Trade philip Rivers and the steelers for a better defense and a less talentedQB

  • B+ upgrade WR

  • id trade rivers for a good back.look at the other teams see whos hurting at qb with 3 good rb. offer them rivers. hopefully you can land benson, r.brown, maybe portis.

  • Peyton is the man.....Try to get Muarice Drew Jones somehow... if u have Pyetona nd Jones Drew ona team you will be undestructable.....

  • get rid of Fred Taylor and try to get Adrian Peterson
