Homemade camo screen/net?
They are called several things...camo mesh, hunting screen, etc(you get the point) I want to surprise my lil guy with one in his room he is obsessed with army army army! I would like to try and make a DIY one as they are too expensive to buy. And using common materials. I cant seem to find help online. Any ideas are appreciated.
Update:50$ is more than i could spend. I am talking uber cheap here. I have seen plenty of commercial/meant for this purpose camo nets for childrens rooms around the 50-60$ mark. I was thinking like old sheets? either dyed and spray painted? Not quite sure how that would work but to get the point on the amount of money im looking to spend

An old sheet and 4 cans of camo spray paint from Wal-Mart should do it for you. The local rednecks paint their trucks with spray cans of the green, tan, and brown camo paint plus some flat black.
Most fabric stores carry camouflage yard goods in various types of material. You might look there too.

Grind charcoal, like what you use for a grill.... Grind it into powder... Mix it with something, not sure what -- experiment and use that....
