well there should be cables with it one would be the power cable basically it to get turned on and the other is the AV cables there connect to the PS2 and they have 3 colors red, yellow, and white you connect those in the TV and that is it here is a pic of the AV cable that connects to your TV
If your TV has the red yellow and white audio/video connectors, just plug one end into your PS2 and the other end with the three separate plugs for sound and video into the same color connectors on the tv !
Your PS2 should have a power supply that plugs into an electrical outlet and an a/v cable that connects to your tv !
