Xbox Live Photo Party problem?

I can't add photos to an xbox live photo party through network pc connection, both are connected and to each other. I've tried clicking on the other options as well, and nothing happens. Anyone have a solution? I've tried googleing one.

    Think you need to enable Network Sharing on the PC

    Go to the folder the photos are located and right click, select share this folder
