Problem sending AOL email?
Was given an aol name and now trying to send email but keep getting error ""Screen name does not exist".
The name given was like "AOL: ____".
I added this person to the aim chat (and they're showing offline) but when i try to send them a message it keeps saying it doesn't exist.
Tried entering @aol.com and @aim.com but getting the same problem.
Any ideas?

If the name they gave is AOL: foobar you obviously want to email [email protected] not AOL: [email protected] . Other than that, I don't know what the issue is. Try emailing them from a different provider (like gmail) and see what happens.
No aol address starts with AOL. It's always the person's username by @aol.com. Like [email protected]
