does my life affect my acne problem? 10 points!?
okay, so you could say i have a pretty stressful life. and a big acne problem. i searched online for acne remedies and one thing said that stress is linked to acne and breakouts. so i let my stress go, and pushed it over with happiness. i then saw that milk is also linked to breakouts (but milk is also really good for bones, and i've already had a broken elbow and wrist, so what do i do there?) i also heard that drinking water helps. so i make sure i drink 8 cups of water a day (is that enough? i was raised as that's all i need). i also wash my face twice a day, and once with olive oil. oh, and i've cut out pop and candy, but occasionally, i'll eat a twix or have a 20 ounce of Mnt. Dew.
sooo...could i do anything as in food wise to help with my acne?
also, should i buy clean & clear? i've heard it really works (but idk, after i tried proactive i thought everything was just a spam to get my money)
i don't eat a lot of sugars or salts, i've got a pretty balanced weight. i'm about 100 lbs. (98.6 to be exact) and 5"1.
so, can i do anything to help clear up with my skin?

Getting acne is absolutely normal! Yes, it is annoying at times, but just about everyone gets it as a teen. Just make sure that you drink a lot of water and don't stress about it. Take it easy and enjoy life!
Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.

I would say Bio oil would make acne worse because of the grease in it. I have used it on a scar I had and then decided to start using it as a face cream and it gave me spots. Hope this helps.
This REAAALLY helped me get clear skin:
