I do have symptoms of dry eyes, and I use Refresh Plus perservative free artificial tears. The only thing though, is when I put them in, my eyes burn for a few seconds, what causes this?
i remember going through the same thing. my eyes would kill me and i would use those over the counter substances for my eyes and they never seemed to work for long. only temporarily. i suggest going to an eye doctor because prescribed medicine always works best! my doctor advised me not to use over the counter products!

You may use the eye drops under an ophthalmologist prescription only please.

I've noticed that the only eyedrops that don't cause my eyes to feel irritated are rewetting eyedrops for contact lens wearers.
