I'm so paranoid about pregnancy?

My boyfriend likes to blindfold me while we have sex. I like it too. But 3 weeks ago we had sex WITH A CONDOM! However when he pulled out the condom spilled. I was blindfolded so I couldn't see where it spilled. I trust my boyfriend and he said it spilled on the bed. I've been on birth control for almost four months. But I'm just a little paranoid because I couldn't see for myself.
