Does Spencer's do lip piercings?
Hai c: okay. Soo..last night I slept over my friends house, and she pierced my lip. It closed up after 1 minute, and I really want to get it re-pierced. I know Hot Topic & Claire's don't do lip piercings, and I can't find anything that says if Spencer's does it or not.

Spencer's does not do any type of piercings. At home piercings are a really bad idea due to the fact you are not using the proper equipment, the risk of infection and improper placement of the piercing itself. Go to a piercing or tattoo shop to have it done professionally.
