Why Isn't My Kaiba Corp Virtual Duel System Update?

i downloaded it from the download site kcvds: http://www.setokaiba.com/KCVDS/Download.html

it doest have all the new cards i need and when i try update it, it gets stuck on Massive list to be made 1 of 2355.

what is wrong?
