My dog has Trailer Park Paranoia?
every little sound that my 2 year old Chihuahua hears, she jumps on the back of the couch, pulls a blind down just a little bit and peeks out. Kind of reminds me of Mrs. Kravitz on "Bewitched" ... the nosey neighbor.
What can I do to get her to stop this ? I have an "anti-bark" collar for her, but one of my roommates doesn't like it on her and has hid it before so I can't put it back on my dog.

If its your dog then your roommate doesn't have the right to take the collar and hide it from you. And if she isn't barking or causing any problems, let her look out the freakin window. Shes curious and wants to protect her home.
