Temporary insomnia for no reason?
Last night, I laid awake in bed for about 5 hours. Normally I'm a very sound sleeper, but last night my mind was racing.
I'd had a fight involving my sister and boyfriend, but we had made up. And besides, fighting doesn't really interrupt my sleep because sometimes I get mad over little things.
I am so tired today but have no idea what could have caused this, and I definitely don't want it to become a regular habit.

Stress can put havoic on anyone. Your mind is racing, even though the fight is over the you still might be upset about it. We do more thinking in bed especially us women so this doens't help. Try deep breathing techniques in and out slowly. Warm milk if you can handle the taste. Or try reading abit before bedtime this will help ease the mind of stress. Good luck and sweet dreams.
