There is no list for individuals who already declared, you can only assume whose going pro.
Top 5 Players Rated by NFL Scouts:
1) Brady Quinn QB
2) Joe Thomas OT
3) Calvin Johnson WR
4) Alan Branch DT
5) Gaines Adams DE
Here's a few Top 3 players by Position:
QB:
1 Brady Quinn
2 JaMarcus Russell
3 Brian Brohm
RB
1 Adrian Peterson
2 Marshawn Lynch
3 Kenny Irons
WR
1 Calvin Johnson
2 Ted Ginn Jr.
3 Jeff Samardzija
Please Note That Smith is not in the list for numerous reasons. He's projected to be an early 3rd round pick or a late 2nd round pick. This is due to his poor performances against when the game is on the line (Penn St and Illinois). It's also do to the weakness of Ohio State's schedule against top rated pass defense teams. For those of you wondering, Texas is rate 116/117 is pass defense. Ohio State is the best team in the nation, but by no means is Smith the reason why. He's mobile like Brady, but he's not a running qb. His stats are lackluster and he was only a product of OSU's publicity season which can be seen from his NFL scout rankings who are unbiased!
This isn't exactly a draft for top superstars but they will give props to Brady Quinn (Overrated) and Jamarcus Russell, if he decides to leave. Troy Smith will probably be drafted as a receiver or athlete type of player. Ted Ginn has a good shot of being drafted high if he leaves. But as far as break-out players it's slim pickins' in this draft.
he may have won the heisman, but Troy Smith will be lucky if his name gets called the first day. Brady Quinn will be #1 overall
Adrian Peterson probably won't even declare eligibility for the draft...he's only a junior and will want to play next year to prove he can play a whole season without getting hurt
I'll give you a projected draft order and who is going where.
