Adobe RGB or sRGB into PRO PHOTO RGB colour spaces using JPEG?
When photographing in JPEG, with one of the two optional colour spaces, sRGB or adobe RGB, if we are to then open the JPEG file in adobe photosop, and were to then change the colour space to the much larger PRO PHOTO RGB colour space, does this benifit the image at all since the image was captured originally with a colour space with much less colour.
PRO PHOTO RGB equals more colour in the image but how is this possible if the image was captured originally with less colours such as Adobe RGB.

As you suspect the lesser color space wouldn't be able to fill in the bigger color space. There's not much real advantage.
very confusing task. do a search using google and yahoo. that can help!
